Vientec Auction Policy - updated 01/19/09

Payments:

• Vientec accepts e-checks, and all major credit cards via paypal (the best way) only
• E-checks must clear before items can ship, this may take 5-7 business days after receiving payment
• Payment should be provided within 3 days after winning otherwise an unpaid item dispute will be put against the buyer
• If buyer commits to purchase, payment is required regardless of reasons (accidentally typed/clicked 3 qty instead of 2, no longer interested, picked wrong style, etc), no exceptions.

• Domestic - please allow 2-5 business days after shipment, Canada - please allow 5-10 business days after shipment,
  Other International - please allow 6-14 business days after shipment. Buyer is responsible for all applicable tax and import duties if any.
• Vientec is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed shipment after it has been shipped. Insurance is optional, please note this.
• If an item is sent back to us due to an invalid address or a USPS unshippable address, additional shipping charges will apply to re-send the item and refunds will
  exclude the "actual" shipping cost for the item. To prevent this, please make sure your ship to address is correct, current and is able to be delivered by the United States Post Office.
• Shipping discounts apply only for certain items when buyer purchase multiple items, please check listing. Shipping discounts only applies
  when multiple items commited to are purchased in 1 invoice, no exceptions. No other discount will be offered unless buyer purchases in bulk (50-1000qty)
• For security and protection of buyers, we ship only to the address paypal provides us, please make sure your ship to address is correct and current.
  We are not able to make any changes to ship to addresses, no exceptions.
  

Returns/Exchange/Replacements:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund including the cost of shipping and handling (if any, and if product is a 100% refund listing). Some items ARE subject to a restocking fee, the listing will note the percentage.  
Please allow 7 business days for refund after item has been returned. Buyer is fully responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging a product. We will not accept returns or exchange for purchasing an incorrect item, Please read ALL description of a
listing prior to purchasing, do not assume an identicle item carry the same specifications.

All returns must have -

• All accessories, parts AND Box (if any)
• Shipped UPS/USPS with signature confirmation (buyers responsibility)
• Returned within 14 days, 30 days for international
• In original condition
• Misuse will not be refunded or exchanged. Please read details on items carefully prior to purchase.

Please contact us for the address to return it to. If returns do not meet those requirements, items will not be refunded until it does.  Exchange or replacements for defected items are handled the same way.
